Selling physical products in Systeme.io is straightforward.
You don’t need a full e-commerce store layout. Instead, you create high-converting product funnels that focus on one product (or one product bundle) at a time.
These funnels usually contain:
- A Product Sales Page explaining the item
- A Checkout Page that collects shipping + payment details
- A Thank-You Page with order confirmation
- An Email Automation that sends receipts and updates

How to Sell Physical Products on Systeme.io
Below I have mentioned step-by-step process for adding and selling physical products on Systeme.io.
Step 1: Add Your Physical Product in Systeme.io
Log in to your Systeme.io account. If you don't yet have an account, click here to sign up for a completely free account - Join Systeme.io free plan.
Go to "Assets" and click on "Physical products". See the above screenshot.
Next, click on "Create" to start creating your physical product. See the screenshot below.
On the product creation page, you'll neet to provide the following information:
- Name: the product's name
- Description: the product's description
- SKU (optional): the stock keeping unit, which is a unique code that is assigned to a product to identify it
- Product tax: the tax rate to charge your customers
- Currency: the currency in which you want to sell your product
- Price: the product's price
- Weight: the product's weight
- Inventory: the quantity of stock available for your product
- Shipping: You can disable the shipping fees for your product.
In the screenshot below, you can see that I have added a product (XYZ Jeans for Men) and also added a description for the product. This is an example. You can add your real product and its description as shown in the screenshot below.
You can also add product images. It will be displayed on the site where you want to sell your products. What I love is how beginner-friendly this product creation area is. Unlike Shopify or WooCommerce, there is no learning curve, you enter the details and you’re done.
You can also add product options such as size or color.
For example, enter Option name as 'Size' and Option values as 'Small', 'Medium', and 'Large.' See the screenshot above.
After entering all the details of your product, click on the Save button.
Step 2: Create a Sales Page
This is the page customers see before reaching checkout. Think of it as a product landing page or a sales funnel. A good sales page contains:
To create your funnel, go to the "Sites" tab on your Systeme.io Dashboard and click on "Sales Funnels". Now, click on the Create option.
Now, give a name to your funnel. Since, we want to sell a product, we'll select 'Sell' option as shown in the screenshot below. US Dollar is the default currency. If you want to change the currency, you can change it from the Currency option.
Click on the Save button to move on to the next step.
In the screenshot below, you can see that our funnel (XYZ Shop) is created but we'll need to edit it as per our requirement.
To edit the funnel, click on it.
To sell products, we'll need an order form and a thank you page. In the previous step, we choose Sell as our funnel goal, thus, these two pages are already there in our funnel.
In the screenshot below, you can see your Order Form and the Thank You Page. Order Form is selected by default. If it is not selected, click on it to select it.
Under Configuration, you can find lots of product templates. Choose a template for your order form. Click on the Select button as shown below.
After selecting a template, you'll see another interface for your order form. Here, we'll add our physical product. But, first I will advise you to change the URL path to something related to your physical products.
Now, scroll down a bit to choose "Physical product" between the two different types of offers on your order form (Digital product / Physical product).
Next, select the product you want to sell through this funnel, then click on "Save".

Step 3: Edit the Order Form
On your physical product funnel page on Systeme.io, click on Edit page to add your physical product.
Now, drag the "Physical Product" element on the left side of the editor under the "Payment" section, and drop it on the page. See the screenshot below.
In the above screenshot, you can see that all the product information we had added when we created our product appears on the order form.
When you finish editing the order form, remember to save by clicking "Save" in the top right corner of the page.
Please note that Systeme.io doesn't support auto-saving in the page editor. If you need help, you can contact the support staff of Systeme.io. As per my experience, you'll get a response within 24 hours.
