5. Now, enter a short biography about your blog into the Bio field. It is optional but I will recommend you to fill it to bring more credibility and visibility to your blog page.

After adding the above details, click on Create Page to finish creating your Facebook Blog page.

Update your Page Settings and Preferences

Once your Page is created, you can access it on Facebook by clicking Pages in the left panel and selecting the page you just created.

Now, when you've just started a blog on Facebook, it is crucial to update your Page Settings and Preferences to optimize your blog's visibility and engagement.

For example, in the given image, you can see that I have given technicalwall as username to my page. So, the default URL to my Facebook becomes - https://facebook.com/technicalwall.

This URL looks more user-friendly, branded and memorable.

Below, you can see the homepage of my page. Here, in the homepage, I have added the contact details of my website as well as the URL of my site.

This helps my readers to contact me via my email address and to drive more traffic to my website from my Facebook page.
